When i went nawada metro station for toilet, As i have seen over there, there is RS 2 charge, but gard has been taken RS 5 from me, he said " this is office rule, IS it ok or he is taking for personal aspects.

I was traveling from Kolkata to Mumbai in the three tier A/C, but really disappointed by the condition of the bogie. The seats were shattered and the toilets were real mess. The railways should provide the service according to the price they charge.
