Credit Note Fraud

I have booked the flat in Amrapali Golf via Snera Estates which address is 406, JOP Plaza,Sector-18,Noida. He promised to give the 10 Rs/Sqft after payment of 40%. He send the credit note for referance. Now, I am chasing to them for payment of credit note. He first denied about signature, then saying letter head is not belongs to me.

I wanted to share my experience with you that SNERA ESTATES IS TOTALY FRAUD COMPANY.

I am looking your help in this regard. Highly appreciated for your help in this regard.

I agree with you on same., I had also booked my unit through Noida Fortune Estate in Golf Homes and they promised me to pay back the Rs 20/SQFT but I am not getting any response from them. They simply denied that and said this note does not belong to them. Can we do something in this regards..

I totally agree with you regarding these frauds, as I had also booked my unit through Noida Fortune Estate and they promised me to pay back the PLC but I am not getting any responce from them. They simply denied that and said this note does not belong to them. Can we do something in this regards..
