Forced Subscription

Airtell has been forcing paid subscription to me. Earlier I was forced to matrimonial services which I never asked for aand was being charged Rs 1 per day. They did not cancel the subscritption of my repeated sms for cancelling the service and finally I had to call the customer server to get the server cancelled which again is a paid one.

Now again I have been forced world cup pack subscription that I never asked for and I am being charged Rs 5 per day.

i agree to purnima totally.coz i also have been robbed daily by airtel through forced subscription eg. astrogy services or cricket updates by deducting any amt of rs from my airtel prepaid account main balance at any time without my instructions to do dat.i dont even read such services msg .i see dat its airtel n delete d msg.nd if dont complaint, dat is too chargeable,d co. deducts d amt again .and wen i call at d call centre to complain or to deactivate d services,subscription of which is being forced to us ,dat is chargeable too.pls forward our complaints to d relevant authority.

My concern is with ongoing issue of paid services being forced on customers. my mobile # is 9818314330. Yet another service has ben forced on me and I am being robbed of Rs 3 per day for teh last eleven days
